<<<SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT>>>
To all of our fans, MESHACH is retiring from active duty. We have tried to run the race as best we could, we've had some incredible times, but we feel that it is time to pass the baton on to others. When we started out, we did not know we would ever get a record deal, or that we would play across NC and SC in some of the most amazing situations (good and bad). All we wanted to do was to play for the Lord, and if one person was influenced to become a believer or to maybe search for God, we would have succeeded. This was our testimony, and this was our creed for the past nine years. We all became good friends, we had a couple of folks come and go, and we kept at it. In November 2008, we lost founding member Hoyt Kennedy, and although he would have wanted us to continue, we find the Lord is leading us a different way. We will try to keep this website running for awhile, and perhaps publish some photos and other items from our amazing run over the years. Thank you all and may God richly bless each of you. Psalm 150.
Special thanks from Wayne, Hoyt, Kenn, Matt, James, Lynn, Tim, Adrianne, and Dan
Meshach has decided to retire from performing. Hoyt Kennedy was the original bass player for Meshach, and his untimely death on November 30, 2008 made it very difficult for our band to continue. The funeral at Hoyt's church convinced us to soldier on, with many of Hoyt's friends, fellow church members, and family encouraging us to keep making music for Christ because Hoyt would want us to. However, we find that it is just not to be. Perhaps the Lord has something even bigger and better in our future...stay tuned.
